My babies have gone back to Singapore
and the past 10 days had felt so much longer than anything else.
We cant thank Ryan enough for joining us,
driving em around and being there to help.
and the events that happened cant be blogged about either,
because the things that matter most are not expressed in words.
we took about a thousand photos all up,
and i guess that speaks for itself :)
our crazy faces, sad ones, happy smiles.
they all depict every.single.day of the time we spent together.
its so hard saying goodbye to Rachel & Ah lette,
because we grew up together,
we were there when they spoke their first words,
we were there when they took their first step and had their first fall.
and it hurts me most because the next time i see them again,
i know they wont be the same ever.
kids grow up only once,
and i dont want them to.
before they left,
ah-lette looks up at me with those puppy eyes, and said, "Sarah jie jie, are you going to cry?"
so i said no,
and that we will not cry because i will be back soon.
now the house is so silent
i cant hear the pitter-patter of their little feet,
where are the excited voices and carefree laughter?
how come i cannot see them jumping on my bed?
i cant feel their big hugs
or see their happy faces.
and God taught me something through this all,
that above all wealth, riches and selfish desires,
there stands a far greater thing.

rachel and nicolette have brought so much laughter, joy and love.
it has been a non-stop holiday for us, too, and im enjoying myself as much as they have!
on saturday:
we sent the crew off to the airport,
ryan drove the 2nd car :)
before that, had yumcha & lobster noodle at New Panda!
dad decided to go bum at the park - ryan suggested Birrarung!
walked round the airport lookin for havaianas-es,
and we couldnt find 'em!
was sad to see them go, though.
i was upset for quite a while.
AMY's 21st after --->
it was retro, retro, glam, glam, glam.
Ben's the FUNNIEST - he'd be the person to hang out with at parties.
full on tipsy-good :)
i felt bad for Ching, though...luckily he left early.
sunday:
i had work allll day,
no church for a change.
i think this breaks the monotony sometimes.
i am quite jaded.
worked with Laura, noobs are nice and always ready to listen and do.
im proud of her cos i left her alone in my hour's break (when Rysh and i had Rendang!!) and she only called me ONCE :)
we didnt make budget but we hit the $2000 mark, which is FANTASTIC for a Sunday,
and if we opened for another half an hour we'd have beat Saturday's lousy sales.
there you go, plus 3 beach towels :)
monday, today:
we went to the Puffing Billy :)
it was soooo fun!
couldnt believe that it has been bout 10 years since we last visited.
and Belgrave's only half an hour's train ride away.
was a little too windy sometimes,
but other than that,
its quality time spent with the girls!

This is the finalised list of ppl coming.. if you cant make, tell me and fk you.. If there are ppl who are meant to be here and not emailed... well bad luck..

Weve decided (joe, dru and i, we were teh only ones online at the time) to get,
3 X spirits
- Jim or Chivas Regal (whichever is cheaper)
- Tequila
- Bacardi
2 X Slab of Beer
- Coldies ( Im up for suggestions, not really a beer drinker so it all tastes the same to me)
24 pk of lolly drinks
- Breezers/Archers/Ruski (whichever is cheaper)
If you feel that this is inadequate, there are three girls and dru and i wont be going hard coz we dont want to get shitfaced..
Second most important thing is FOOD,
Which will be organised by the infamous joeji and his partner in crime moni..
I assume that it will be similar to Lake E w/o the curry...
Third is ACCOMO,

teen drinking/smoking is very bad. im just gonna rush a blog post.
MSN is a major distractor and i dont know why i like being on it.
if they start charging us - which may be soon,
i reckon Bill Gates would be twice as rich as he is now.
i feel that somethn isnt right somehow -
that im not in Australia, and that im on holiday!
the neighbours brought a HUGE chunk of Singapore with them,
and though im happy they're here,
it somehow seems weird that they have come for a holiday.
i love them and all,
but i do not necessarily like Singapore in Melbourne.
i dont even REALLY like Singapore anymore.
a photograph's caption in the M/X magazine called Sg a "purdish" state.
bloody hell, i dont even know what 'purdish' means.
anyway.
i love em' all...my neighbours.
and tmrw we're meeting up to go shopping at the city.
today, visited tim cos he had his wisdom teeth taken out
and then we saw TRANSPORTER 2, which was GOOD :)
waited AGESSSS for the f-k-n bus
and then went to Shu Wen's...Adel was there and Mei Fen came later!
waited f-k-n ages for the car back home too.
great.

the so-called 'loyalty-hierarchy-status' thing in singapore schools.
she's that bubbly girl i knew from my StMargs days,
i really miss everything bout sec school.
and today...
RACHEL AND NICOLETTE ARE HERE!!!
they bring so much sunshine,
their laughter and voices erase dark clouds :)
children.
they have that magical gift that we dont.
the exam went good.
im just TIRED as.
